If you volunteer at least 4 hours a year, you are eligible for scholarships ($500 for a junior and $500 for an adult).

About Marcia

Marcia Kulak is a leading three-day event rider and trainer with an impressive international record, having competed at premier events such as Rolex, Burghley, Blenheim, Boekelo, and Fair Hill. She has been shortlisted for two Olympic Games and has trained with some of the sport’s most respected figures, including Jack Le Goff, George Morris, Mark Phillips, Anne Kursinski, and Sue Blinks, as well as renowned natural horsemanship experts John Lyons and Louis Wood.

In addition to her competitive achievements, Marcia has played an active role in shaping the sport, serving on the USEF Eventing Selection Committee and the Active Athletes Committee responsible for selecting the 2012 Olympic coach. She is the founder of Kulak Equestrian, a highly regarded multi-discipline training operation based in Wellington, Florida.

Cancellation Fee (to cover the credit card fees):

$8 per ride for Riders

Refund Policy

No refunds after closing date, but we will refund your money

*In the case of vaccines administered by a person other than a veterinarian, the exhibitor, upon request by Management, must provide a receipt of the vaccine purchase which is signed by the owner, or agent with care, custody, and control of the horse; name, serial number and expiration date of the vaccine; and date of vaccine administration.

Our first 2 shows (Spring/Summer) are qualifiers for the first Empire State Virtual Dressage Show Finals. The Fall show will be a qualifier for the 2027 show.

Opening dates are

April 17,2026, July 17, 2026, August 28, 2026 (not part of the 2026 Finals) and September 11, 2026 (Finals).

Fix a Test/Round & How it Works

You will ride your dressage test (or jump round) and after your final salute, you will have a mini session on how to improve your test scores for 30-minutes with the judge.

You have the option to re-ride the test again (before the 30 minutes are up) or just continue the session for more tips. Only the first test counts towards placings. Scores from the dressage test of the session can qualify towards Year End Awards.

ENYDCTA Members: $50 per class

Non Members: $65 per class

Auditing: Free

Bring a chair

It maybe inside or outside so dress accordingly

Refund Policy:

Closing date - 7/14/26

You may still register after the closing date,

but there is a $5 late fee.

Full refund less office fee if scratch is received before the closing date. No refunds will be provided after closing date (unless we can fill your spot minus office fee) including for cancellations due to Acts of God, acts of terrorism, inclement weather, and/or other emergencies as per USEF.

HITS Hudson Valley is located just two hours north of New York City in the heart of the famed Hudson Valley. The site is easily accessible from New England, New York, and beyond. With the scenic Catskill Mountains as its backdrop and the lovely town of Saugerties as its community, the recently renovated showgrounds provide an ideal venue to host both top-level equestrian events and trade shows of all sizes.

About USDF Regional Championships

These championships recognize the outstanding efforts of riders in each USDF region and provide an excellent opportunity for spectators to view the top competitors in their respective regions. Additionally, the top junior/young rider, amateur, and open riders at each of the championships, who have submitted a declaration of intent and completed all other requirements, will receive an invitation to compete at the US Dressage Finals presented by Adequan®.
