Kay is a physical therapist and executive director of the Saratoga Therapeutic Equestrian Program (STEP). STEP is dedicated to improving the lives of physically and mentally challenged children, adults and veterans through HIPPOTHERAPY. She also works with equestrians of all levels. She has Multiple Board certified specialties including McKenzie Spine method. She is a certified PATH Instructor and a American Hippotherapy certified therapist, and holds multiple accreditation in physical therapy and horse related fields. She was an early member of ENYDCTA & volunteered in program public relations & as a show secretary in the mid to late 1970's. Kay has dedicated her life to research and education to support the efficacy of Equine assisted movement in therapy, equine animal husbandry and humane education.
