Silent Auction Donations

Timing:

Please submit all items by October 24, 2024. 

Don't let the date stop you.  Reach out to Stephanie if you have a last minute donation to see if we can fit it in.  We all have full time jobs so the sooner the better to make our lives easier!!  


Tax Deductible:

Your donation is tax deductible since we are a 501c3!

Items with a retail value of $200 and above will receive

extra social media promotion.

If you are part of a barn or have a group of horse friends, you could put together a barn gift basket of items to donate to ENYDCTA for us to sell in the auction. It would be fun.  


How it works:

*Contact Stephanie to donate an item, service, or group/barn basket to our online auction hosted by 32Auctions.com.  *You can go to 32Auctions to see your item and bid on other items or services. *Winnings will either be mailed at the winner’s expense or can be picked up at the banquet on Nov. 23rd (decision to be made between winner and donator).  *The proceeds will go to ENYDCTA to help cover our expenses and to help reduce the costs of clinics & other educational programs.  


Last year we auctioned off 46 items and raised over $2800 from 172 bids.  We could not have done this without the generous support of our donors.
