Volunteering for the Beth Baumert Clinic

Registration

• a. Pick this ticket if you want to volunteer for more then one position listed below.
  If you would like to volunteer for more than one ticket type, pick this one and let me know what jobs you would like to volunteer for. I can add you manually to more than one ticket type.
• b. Delivery of clinic supplies before the clinic
  Someone to pick up our clinic supplies (banners, chairs, table, lunch tableware, speaker system, etc) in Delanson, NY & deliver them to chatham Equestrian & set up what we can ahead of time. One free auditing day in exchange.
• c. Set up before the day of the clinic
  To help set up sometime before the start of the clinic. Needed: set up banners, tables for check-in, coffee, and lunch. ENYDCTA feather flag at street, merchandise for sale, secretary check-in items. Free day of auditing in exchange for helping to set up.
• Day Secretary/Check-in
  Checks in riders & clarifies any outstanding items at check-in. Free auditing for the day you volunteer. WE HAVE ONE PERSON FOR SATURDAY AND NEED ONE PERSON FOR SUNDAY.
• Event Secretary
  Receives all the registrants required documents, payments, and registration information before the start of the clinic. Does not include being the day secretary but could if you would like!
• Hospitality-pick up lunch/help with clean up end of clinic if you can.
  Drive to Hannaford to pick up wrap platter, will need our club debit card and tax exempt form.
  Set it up on a table with tableware and help clean up. Also, help at the end of the clinic pick-up/pack up if you can. Free auditing the day you volunteer. Super easy.
  One person per day or one person for both days.
• Host & Ring Steward
  Introduce Beth, make sure she is comfortable through the day with water, coffee, make sure heated blanket working. Help keep the ring moving by making sure the next rider is entering the ring 10-15 minutes before start of their lesson. Free auditing on the day you volunteer.
• z. Delivery of clinic supplies from Chatham Eq. to Delanson
  Delivery of clinic supplies back for storage in Delanson, NY.
