Join Audrey & Cailin on their second edition in this lecture series focusing on building smarter, stronger, and more effective riders and how your work out of the tack helps to develop the rider you can become IN the tack. Learn about some specific tools and tips that will help you train more effectively as an equestrian athlete, and focus your skill set – strengthening, flexibility, and balance – to build the types of skills you need to become a better rider.

Cailin Sanford is a USDF certified instructor/trainer and head trainer at Winterwood Farm in Ballston Spa, NY. Cailin has been a rider for over 30 years and an instructor and trainer for over 15 years. She brings a wealth of wisdom and knowledge as the manager of Winterwood's boarding and training facility and strives to build lasting partnerships with clients and their horses.
Audrey Paslow PT, DPT is a board certified neurological clinical specialist through ABPTS with more than 13 years experience. She has practiced mainly in outpatient physical therapy, most recently as the owner/operator of Anchor Physical Therapy, and Anchored Seat Physical Therapy & Wellness, in Clifton Park, NY. Audrey is a 2-Star Franklin Method Equestrian instructor, having completed courses in the spine and upper extremity. Audrey aims to bring her wellness practice to riders to improve their safety, balance, and ultimately harmony with their horse.
