  Someone to take responsibility to organize the event and make sure everything is covered. With 2 organizers it would make it easier to divide and conquer. It is helpful if you have a strong sense of responsibly and prepare early so that there is less stress for all involved. Support is available and planner guides with checklist to help with the process.

• 3. Pick up Linda from the Albany Airport Friday 10:40 am
  If you want to both pick her up and bring her back to the airport pick Multiple Ticket Types and put in comments you can do both. If you can only do one way that is fine too. Thank you

  If you would like to volunteer for more than one ticket type, pick this one and let me know what jobs you would like to volunteer for in the comments. I can add you manually to more than one ticket type. Unfortunately you can only pick one ticket type and not multiple.
• B. Event Secretary before the clinic
  Receives all the registrants required documents (vaccs/coggins), payments, and registration information before the start of the clinic. Does not include being the day secretary but could if you would like!
• C. Delivery of clinic supplies before the clinic from Delanon to Asolare Sporthorses Farm
  Someone to pick up our clinic supplies (banners, chairs, table, speaker system, etc) in Delanson, NY & deliver them to Asolare Sporthorses Farm & set up what we can ahead of time (day(s) before per Kristin's approval)
• c.a. Pre Clinic Set Up
  Hang up banners, set up secretary, bring lunch items except sandwich platter, tableware, water. Make life much easier to set up what you can before the day of the event. Speaker system can be set up before hand depending on facility and weather. Banner hanging takes the longest time.
• d.a. Day of Clinic, Host & Check in Secretary - FRIDAY 2-5
  Checks in riders and clarifies any outstanding items at check-in (release, payment, vaccs, coggins). Help with headset for speaker system & to make sure auditors can hear Linda. Take pictures of auditors, riders, Linda and send to Facebook and website organizers. Need 1 person for the day or 2 people to each split the day. Sign up even if position filled so that we have back-up in case of an emergency.
• d.b. Day of Clinic, Host & Check in Secretary - SATURDAY
  Checks in riders and clarifies any outstanding items at check-in (release, payment, vaccs, coggins). Help with headset for speaker system & to make sure auditors can hear Linda. Take pictures of auditors, riders, Linda and send to Facebook and website organizers. Need 1 person for the day or 2 people to each split the day. Sign up even if position filled so that we have back-up in case of an emergency.

• E. Hospitality & Helper - Multiple days. Pick this ticket type if you want to help with this multiple days.
  Pick up platter at Hannaford and set up platter on table. Clean-up/pack up food supplies. Help secretary with check in, speaker system, parking. Make sure auditors can hear Linda teach & let Linda know if her headset needs to be adjusted. Basically you will be in charge of the food & an extra pair of hands to help out. Thank you!!
• e.a. Hospitality, Ring Steward, & helper Friday 2-5pm
  Pick up cookie platter at Hannaford and set up platter on table. Help secretary with check in, speaker system, parking. Make sure auditors can hear Linda teach & let Linda know if her headset needs to be adjusted. Basically you will be an extra pair of hands to help out, help with switching headsets between riders, & keep the ring moving on time.
• e.d Hospitality, Ring Steward, & Helper Monday 7:30 - 11:30
  Pick up pastry platter at Hannaford and set up platter on table. Help secretary with check in, speaker system, parking. Make sure auditors can hear Linda teach & let Linda know if her headset needs to be adjusted. Basically you will be an extra pair of hands to help out, help with switching headsets between riders, & keep the ring moving on time.
• F. Pack/clean up. Pick this Ticket type if you want to help pick/clean up on more than one day.
