• 1. Event Organizer
  Someone to help anticipate what is needed well before the show and make sure it is accomplished in plenty of time. An event planner is available with a timeline to help as a guide. Can be more than one person especially if you are just wanted to learn the ropes. Please reach out if you would like to help organize the Cobleskill Fix a Test. Training available.
• 1a. Show Secretary Before the Show
  Secretary before the show.
• 1b. Day Secretary
  This may or may not be the "Show Secretary" who does all the work before the show.
• 1c. Hospitality-order lunch and pick up
  Order lunch wrap platter 3 days before event and pick up at Price Chopper Cobleskill for lunch for everyone. Will need plates, napkins, water, and chips. Easiest to get plates, napkins, water, and chips before the day of the show & have ready at the site.
• 1d. Scheduler
  large arena for training level 3 and higher.
• 1e. Ring Steward
  Keep things on track and time in the dressage arena & jumping arena
• 2. Dressage Ring Setup Before the Day of the Show
• 2a. Dressage Ring Enlargement Crew
  To increase the size from a small arena to a large arena.
• 3. Jump crew for prix caprilli set up and knock downs.
  Help pick up knocked down jumps and set up jump new heights for the prix caprilli classes.
• 4. Banner and Secretary Area Setup Before the Day of the Show
• 5. Dressage judge
• 6. Dressage Scribe
  this can be split up with 2 people. if you would like to scribe still sign up to the waitlist. It is a good opportunity to practice scribing as a newby.
• 6a. Class results recorder
  Fill in score results and post at secretary table where people can see easily.
• 7. Dressage Test Scorer
• 7a. Train Coming Crew
  To alert the judge that a train is coming and to help by holding a horse that is in the ring & to help anyone that is mounted.
• 8. Truck & Trailer Transport for Dressage Ring from Ballston Spa to SUNY Cobleskill
  Looking for someone to transport the dressage arena from to Ballston Spa to Suny Cobleskill. $30 stipend for gas.
• 8a. Truck & Trailer Transport for Dressage Ring from SUNY Cobleskill to Ballston Spa
  Looking for someone to transport the dressage arena from to to Suny Cobleskill to Ballston Spa. $30 stipend for gas.
• 8b. People in Ballston Spa to load Arena in Truck & Trailer before Fix a Test
  4-6 people to unload arena at Jeff Lindberg's farm for winter storage. On 9/8 or after. Depends on when we get a driver. Date to TBA.
• 8c. People in Ballston Spa to Unload Arena for Winter Storage
  4-6 people to load truck and trailer at SUNY Cobleskill and transport ring/letters to Ballston Spa for winter storage. $30 stipend for gas.
