Volunteer Registration for Jumping Symposium

Registration

• 1. Set-up Jump Course & tables on Friday 12/12 3-5 PM @ Skidmore
  Set-up table and chairs
  Hang sponsor banners
  Set up jumps
• 2. Set-up Jump Course at end of Saturday 12/13
  Move jump standards and rails to set course for Sunday.
  There will be someone to guide you on where jumps will go.
  This work will get started after the ring is dragged on Saturday - around 4:30 pm and should take about 1 1/2 hours
• 3. Set-up Jump Course for 2 days (Friday & Saturday)
  Choose this if you want to set up the jump course on both Friday and Saturday.
  Friday 3-5pm, has to happen b/w these hours.
  Saturday at the end of the day around 4:30
• 4. Jump Crew for Saturday 12/13, 9-4
  Raise and lower jump rails as needed throughout the day from 9 - 4 pm.
• 5. Jump Crew for Sunday 12/14, 8:15-3:00
  Raise and lower jump rails as needed throughout the day from 8:15 AM -3:00 PM.
• 6. Jump Crew for 2 days (Saturday and Sunday)
  Pick his ticket type if you can help on both Saturday and Sunday
• 7. Pick this if you want to do more than 1 ticket type
  Pick this ticket type if you want to do more than what is listed on the list. Then under comments under registration fields, tell us what ticket #'s you would like to do. For example #3 to help set up jumps Saturday and Sunday and #8 to help clean up on Sunday.
• 8. Tear Down & Clean-Up on Sunday
  Stack tables and chairs
  Take down banners and pack up ENYDCTA items
  Pick up trash
  Put trash in dumpsters
  This will start at 3 pm
