Registration

• 1. Organizer(s)
  Someone to take responsibility to organize the event and make sure everything is covered. With 2 organizers it would make it easier to divide and conquer. It is helpful if you have a strong sense of responsibly and prepare early so that there is less stress for all involved. Support is available and planner guides with checklist to help with the process.

  To assist the organizers as needed.
• a. Multiple Ticket Types - click here only!
  If you would like to volunteer for more than one ticket type, pick this one and let me know what jobs you would like to volunteer for in the comments. I can add you manually to more than one ticket type.
• b. Event Secretary before the clinic
  Receives all the registrants required documents (vaccs/coggins), payments, and registration information before the start of the clinic. Does not include being the day secretary but could if you would like!
• c. Delivery of clinic supplies before the clinic from Delanon to Larkin Hill
  Someone to pick up our clinic supplies (banners, chairs, table, speaker system, etc) in Delanson, NY & deliver them to Larkin Hill & set up what we can ahead of time (day(s) before per Margie's approval)
• d. Day of Clinic, Host & Check in Secretary
  Can be 1 person or 2 to split the day. Checks in riders and clarifies any outstanding items at check-in (release, payment, vaccs, coggins). Helps with Margie's headset for speaker system & to make sure auditors can hear Margie. Take pictures of auditors, riders, Margie and send to Facebook and website organizers. Need 1 person for the day or 2 people to each split the day. Sign up even if position filled so that we have back-up in case of an emergency.
• e. Hospitality & helper - pick up & set up lunch & clean up
  Pick up sandwich platter at Hannaford and set up platter on table. Clean-up/pack up lunch supplies after lunch. Help secretary with check in, speaker system, parking. Make sure auditors can hear Margie teach & let Margie know if her headset needs to be adjusted. Basically you will be an extra pair of hands to help out.
• f. Jump crew
  Someone to help with setting up knocked down jumps
• g. Pack-up. Pick Multiple Ticket types if you want to do this & help with other jobs.
  This doesn't take long & can be combined with another job. Pick Multiple Ticket types if you want to help with pack-up & another ticket type & then let me know what ticket types you want. You can only pick one ticket type but I can manually add you to more than one ticket type.
  Needed: take banners down, pack up.
• h. Delivery of clinic supplies from Larkin Hill to Delanson
  Delivery of clinic supplies back for storage in Delanson, NY.
