For junior members, help out with registration table and riders and assist with anything that is needed.

For junior members, help out with registration table and riders and assist with anything that is needed.
2. Hospitality-order lunch and pick up
Order lunch for Sat and Sun at Hannaford (wrap platter) the week of the clinic at least 3-4 days before. The big need is someone to drive to Hannaford to pick it up and bring it to the clinic and set it up. Super easy. Free auditing the day you volunteer.
4. Pick up supplies in Delanson
Call Joy Black to work out a time to pick up. Best to do the weekend before to give time to set up and learn the speaker system.
5. Set up for clinic
To help set up before the start of clinic. Thursday or Friday am. Hang banners, set-up registration table and speaker system. One free day of auditing in exchange for helping to set up.
6. Day Secretary/Check-in
Checks in riders and clarifies any outstanding items (coggins/vaccs/payment) at check-in. Free auditing for the day you volunteer.
Need 1 person for each day: Fri, Sat & Sun.
7. Host & Ring Steward
Introduce Beth, make sure she is comfortable through the day with drinks. Assist riders with microphone. Free auditing the day you volunteer.
8. Pack up end of clinic
Pack up on Sunday at 3:15. Free auditing on one of the days in exchange for helping.
9. Deliver supplies back to Delanson
